نحوه فعال نمودن کاربر administrator در محیط ویندوز 7، 8.1 و 10
1. Click Start Menu and in the Instant Search type“cmd”
once it appears right-click and select 
Run as administrator.
2. Type the following command to enable the default built-in
administrator:
net user administrator /active:yes
